The House of Representatives started on Tuesday its plenary debates on the Anti-Political Dynasty Bill. House Committee on Suffrage and Electoral Reforms Chairperson Zia Alonto Adiong sponsored before the plenary House Bill 8389, which seeks to implement a provision of the 1987 Constitution that has remained unenforced for four decades.
