I am a Dr and I was asked to work in the COVID zone initially I had my fears. However, due to my regular practice of Brahmavidya techniques which involves Spiritual Breathing Exercises and Meditation I was able to remain stress free, have mental clarity and work with full physical fitness.
Brahmavidya teaches a mix of scientific and spiritual aspects. These teachings will remain a part of my life forever, I would never stop my practice of Brahmavidya techniques.
