Описание: Collective Obligation came and went without much fanfare when it first released and Bungie has noticed. They ended up giving it some substantial buffs very recently, including addressing one of the main gripes I had about it. But in a world of subclass 3.0 ability spam, can it hold up?

CORRECTION: While champions can't be suppressed, they do still store the suppression debuff.
