Ford Hall Forum at Suffolk University presents a panel discussion about the film, directed by Joy Davenport and executive produced by Monica Land (Hamer’s niece). They bring to life the voice and legacy of one of the most fearless civil rights leaders in American history.

Told entirely in Hamer’s own words—through archival footage, speeches, and songs—this documentary captures her unwavering fight for voting rights, racial justice, and human dignity.
