The Cape Breton Chorale has been proud to have Here's to Song, words and music by Allister MacGillivray, arrangement by Lydia Adams, as a staple in its repertoire. It has been performed and recorded countless times by choirs, and has appeared on the chorale's programs for concerts, festivals, tours, and was included on the album, Songs of Land and Sea, recorded with the help of CBC Radio Maritimes.
Soloist on this track was Ruth Ann Morrison.
