Meet Matti Sairanen, a firewood entrepreneur who’s built his business on dedication and trusted equipment for over 11 years. His journey began in 2013 with the Hakki Pilke Easy 38, and today, he’s on his third Hakki Pilke machine, the new 43 Pro, along with a HakkiFeed 472 infeed table and a Roller cleaner. This setup ensures top-quality firewood, with the Roller’s disc rollers removing debris to speed up drying for a premium end product.
Producing around 700–800 cubic meters of firewood yearly, Matti relies on word-of-mouth from satisfied customers, with nearly 100 cubic meters already reserved for spring deliveries. In addition to producing his own firewood, he offers on-site services, processing wood directly on customer properties.
Matti’s work also includes splitting large yard trees using the HH 110 hydraulic splitter, handling up to 800 mm logs with ease. Equipped with four-way and six-way splitting blades, the HH 110 makes the process adaptable and efficient, enabling him to deliver firewood to fit every customer’s needs.
