Jamie Greene MSP talks about his draft proposal for a Member’s Bill to increase the rights of victims, remove the not proven verdict and expand the criteria and set timescales for Fatal Accident Inquiries.
The consultation on the proposal opened on 16 December 2021 and will run until 1 June 2022
