In all the letters of the New Testament and from Acts to Revelation we read about the anointing oil on James 5 : 14, therefore, we cannot plant it as a teaching.
We are not in figures and we should not minister in figures because we are now in real things. What was a figure in the Old Testament, now we are in the real thing. The Holy Spirit is now in us.
1 John 2 : 20 points out we have an anointing from the Holy One. Our anointing is not in figures but the kind we received after believing the good news.
This anointing which we have according to 1 John 2 : 27 does not require a person to teach us. The one who anoints is Jesus Christ.
