Описание: I had a bad fall while Rock climbing about 10 years ago which resulted in my doing a massive 60 foot pendulum upside down and hiting the rock with my back. I struggled for nearly 2 years and i was in constant pain and after visiting various therapists i was starting to get a good degree of pain relief and strength back but then i had a fall inside a house which resulted in me falling down a set of stairs and taking all the impact on my right hip which caused a fracture and left me in even worse pain than the first fall and i was limping and in constant pain up until about 3 years ago. My sleep was terrible and every time i turned over during the night i could feel sharp pains in my hip back and chest. The list of things i tried to aid my recovery is too long to mention but i am finally at a stage where i am able to start climbing again and move without any real pain other than the usual aches and pains that is to be expected from climbing training. So far i am just doing endurance and light power training to regain my finger strength and movement skill and after 5 days/sessions at the gym i have managed to do a 6A several times and i did a 6B on my first go on my 5th days so my motivation has returned which i am really pleased about. My goal is to be able to climb a 6C within the next 6 months.
