How to catch a lot of carp on the river. I show you how you can catch more carp on the river using a 1/0 or #1 size circle hook with whole kernel corn than with hair rigs. I use 20# mono for leader because the area is really rocky and the mono has better abrasion resistance than braid. For weights I was using 4oz which is overkill for the current but they were already on. You want just enough weight to keep you line on the bottom.
