I will present an early draft of my new book "Modular Compliance", a deep dive into the options available to manufacturers of products with digital elements who need to attain the presumption of conformity. The book examines the three conformity assessment pathways under the Cyber Resilience Act: Module A (internal production control), the combined Module B/C route (EU-type examination followed by conformity to type), and Module H (full quality assurance). For each pathway, "Modular Compliance" explores the practical requirements, documentation obligations, and decision criteria that help manufacturers determine which route best fits their product risk classification, organizational capabilities, and market strategy. The presentation will share key frameworks from the book and invite early feedback from practitioners navigating these compliance decisions.
