This is a very large Police response to what I suspect was a panic button activation from an officer. After these vehicles on my way home I saw a further 4 cars responding, 2 Marked ARVs, an unmarked ARV and a Traffic car. Filmed in Brighton, Sussex, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Enjoy!
