I love food. And I’ve always loved to eat, so much that I ate my way to weighing over 400 pounds. Along came the day when I contracted a terrible foodborne illness that led to severe digestive issues. Over a year would pass with significant medical procedures, medicines, and the loss of 200 pounds. Gratefully, I recovered, but my intestinal system had changed forever - I was lactose intolerant.


My focus is whether you are lactose intolerant or you have family who are (or you’re just along for the ride) that we learn about dairy-free options and have fun doing it!
