So many times when we are #tempted, we are in a place where we're #vulnerable, we've allowed ourselves to compromise in other ways up until the point of temptation AND we are isolated. Then there are crutches - Things like our phones, tv, xbox, etc that are only enabling temptation.
Sometimes, just repositioning yourself - changing your surroundings and who you are with (or not with) and what media you are consuming - can have drastic effects on whether or not you're able to resist temptation to p*rn or m*sturbation.
