Описание: This is a flip top cap closing machine used to close the flip of the cap automatically which is molded in open condition. The caps in the open condition can be manually dumped into the vibratory hopper of the machine or by a connected conveyor to the mold output can automatically transfer the flip open caps to the vibratory hopper.The vibratory hopper automatically orients the caps into the desired fashion suitable to the machine. the cahine closes the caps and locks it. stress mark avoidance system is an optional attachment to the machine.speed can vary from 50 to 170 upm or more depending on the requirement and properties of cap. this is a very advantageous due to the following reasons.
Can run automatically and independently there by avoiding labour. Consistent production irrespective of the reliability of labour. Hygenic closing since hand touch is avoided.
Optional provision of counting and crating avoids labour further post closing.
Decreases the complexity of the mold ( in comparison with in mold closing IMC) thereby decreasing the maintenance and downtime of mold.
The mold will be more productive since the cycle time avoids the time for closing the caps comparing to IMC.
Avoiding IMC mold with flip top cap closing machine reduces the size of the mold drastically so that it can be loaded on a lower tonnage machine which improves economy or if for the same mold size, the no of cavities can be increased there by increasing production bringing economy in production.
The optional attachment of stress marks avoidance system makes the hinge quality as good as the caps closed in IMC
