30 SEC - GOBLET SQUATS
20 SEC - SUMO SQUAT
SERIES TWO
60 SEC - MODIFIED PISTOL SQUATS
50 SEC - X- HOPS
40 SEC - DONKEY KICKS
30 SEC - FAST SQUAT
