For Rangers Ultra is a 230 km multi day stage race in Kenya. It is self-supported – meaning the runners carry all the food and equipment for the five days of running except water and tent. I present the second part of the race where the heat and the kilometers start to take its tow on us. However, we are surrounded by incredible wildlife and adventure alleviating the pains.
The race is non-profit, which means all the funds raised are donated to the rangers and the war against poaching with the ultimate goal of preserving the last remaining African beasts.
