No Oven Needed! Easy Pizza on Stove Recipe 🍕🔥

Описание: Craving pizza but don’t have an oven? Try these soft, cheesy, and super tasty Mini Pizzas made on stove! Perfect for kids, lunchboxes, or evening snacks – these pizzas are simple, quick, and just as delicious as baked ones.
📝 Ingredients:
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp instant yeast
• 2 Tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp oil
• ¾ cup warm milk (as needed for dough)
For topping:
• ½ cup pizza sauce
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
• ½ cup capsicum (chopped)
• ½ cup onion (chopped)
• Cooked chicken cubes or tikka pieces (optional)
• Oregano / chili flakes (for seasoning)
👩‍🍳 Method:
• Prepare Dough:
• In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil.
• Gradually add warm milk and knead into a soft dough.
• Cover and let it rise for 1–2 hours until doubled in size.
• Shape Mini Pizzas:
• Punch down the dough and divide into small portions.
• Roll each portion into small round bases.
• Assemble:
• Spread pizza sauce on each base.
• Add toppings: chicken, capsicum, onion, or your choice.
• Sprinkle lots of mozzarella cheese.
• Cook on Stove:
• Heat a non-stick pan or tawa on low flame.
• Place the mini pizzas, cover with a lid, and cook for 20–25 mins until the cheese melts and the base is cooked.
• Serve & Enjoy!
• Sprinkle oregano & chilli flakes.
• Serve hot with ketchup or garlic dip.
