At the Washington DC Fountain Pen Supershow we previewed two brand new nibs. The first is a Sailor nib that is a steel nib that is trying to capture the feel of their 21k gold nib but without the steep cost. The second is a new flex nib by Visconti which is a Skeletonized 14k gold nib that is meant to replicate a true flex nib like a vintage gold nib. This video contains writing samples, up close shots of each of the nibs, and our thoughts on them.
