He pulls from Scripture (Abraham’s visitors, Joseph, David, Jesus’ meals, Acts 10 and Romans 14) to show God’s invitation to everyone and warns against “cancel culture”: pride, quick judgment and fear that exclude others. Practical steps? Choose humility over pride, pursue relationship instead of withdrawal, and accept instead of cancel. Ask yourself: who have you excluded, and who needs a seat back? Imagine the table as a kingdom table where shame is covered and wonder and freedom are possible. Now act: reach out, forgive, pray, or invite someone back to your table.
