Special Shout Out and THANK YOU to ENCHANTMENT!!! Enchantment will be performing on July 16th at The Scene Reunion at Bert's Warehouse Theatre in Detroit's Eastern Market. Enchantment was one of the very last "sweet soul" groups of the '70s to reach fruition and chart success. Not slick enough to be dubbed "urban contemporary," they offered a polished take on the early '70s soul of Motown (especially the Temptations and Marvin Gaye) and Philly (the O'Jays, particularly on the more uptempo numbers).
