♡Subliminals are audios with hidden messages that are meant for the subconscious to hear, meaning that you cannot clearly hear them with your conscious mind. These kinds of audios work on the same principles as hypnosis. Different subliminals may work for different people, and results usually usually dont show immediately.
♡Other than the fact that obsessing over parts of yourself that you want to change/adjust is unhealthy as a whole, it can also limit your beliefs and basically undo what the subliminal is trying to do.

As for listening habits, I would recommend making playlists, and listening to it as many times as you please; I don't recommend listening to the point where you get headaches and migraines, damaging your health isn't a risk worth taking at all!!
