About the Movie: Karnabal (1973) is a Filipino action-comedy film starring Fernando Poe Jr. and Susan Roces. Carling (FPJ) is a skilled mechanic who falls for Trining (Susan Roces), the daughter of a carnival owner. Their budding romance is complicated by the presence of Lando (Paquito Diaz), a troublemaker who also has his eyes on Trining. As Carling tries to win Trining's heart, he also has to deal with Lando and his gang, leading to a series of comedic and action-packed situations within the vibrant backdrop of the carnival.
