Myelofibrosis is one of the myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), a group of rare blood cancers.
Ruth Fein Revell, was originally diagnosed with essential thrombocythemia (ETE) at age 38 after developing blood clots. Her diagnosis later changed to polycythemia vera (PV). In 2018 she was diagnosed with myelofibrosis.
