In this video I explore a forgotten area of woodland somewhere in east Scotland. I have driven down this road before as a shortcut between two backroads but this is the first time I've stopped and gone for a walk. There are no paths, no signs, no buildings and no people - just the way I like it.
It turned out better than I could have hoped. Amazing trees, mosses and lichens, a real hidden gem. I will return to this area later in the year to photograph during spring, summer and autumn so stay tuned for that.
