Join us for a talk about the special duties landowners and land possessors owe to people who enter their land, as well as the duties landlords owe to their tenants. We'll do a general review of negligence and duty, discuss the duty landlords owe to tenants with respect to maintenance and latent defects, the duty landlords owe to tenants to keep them safe from the criminal acts of third persons, and the duty landowners or possessors owe to people who enter their property -- trespassers, social guests, and invitees. And, of course, we'll analyze an exam question.
