Should you borrow money from friends and family?
This can be tricky or even flat out controversial.
Sure, most of the time if it's close family you are going to just spot them the money. But what about a cousin or uncle or even a friend? What about larger amounts?
What about....uh oh.... borrowing from your own children???
I believe that it can be a beneficial to both parties if done the right way and carried out like the business transaction it is. If you can avoid the bank while keeping the money in the family, I call that a win/win.
