Sticky rice – how hard can it be to make rice? Well, its not hard but getting consistent results may be tricky. There is plenty of misplaced advice and unproven “mother’s wisdom” that passes through each generation of home-cookers. I have seen lot of home-cooks use their finger to gauge water levels or their palms, but this method produced varying results as each person’s finger or hand size is different. Here is one simple method we have been using over the years, which produces consistent results everytime!
