Most of the clothes in my closet are things I’ve carried with me since my early teenage years. Pieces that fit a different body, a different mindset, a different version of me. And every time I put them on and realized they no longer fit, it quietly affected how I saw myself.

In this video, I’m going through everything, trying things on, deciding what stays and what goes, and slowly realizing that holding onto clothes from the past can sometimes mean holding onto old expectations too.

This isn’t about weight or sizes. It’s about growth, change, and learning to let go of versions of yourself that no longer feel aligned, even if they once did.
