Increase production speeds, cut down labor costs, and optimize the boxing process with the JORESTECH™ CE-40 Automatic Case Erector.
Built for heavy usage, the versatile CE-40 box former is ideal for multiple box sizes. The unit takes flat corrugated boxes from a magazine rack, opens the collapsed forms into boxes, and applies self-adhesive (pressure-sensitive) tape to the bottom of each case, forming a strong, clean, and uniform bottom seal.
The end result is an open box that is ready to be filled. The process is quick and easy and requires little human involvement.
The CE-40 Automatic Case Erector produces professional-looking boxes; while saving space, economizing material costs, and reducing fatigue and personnel costs. Able to reach speeds of up to 12 cases per minute (depending on box configuration).
