Mr.Sauceman, the guy who did Pizza Tower's OST decided to make a game of his own, unfortunately it's still not out in a fully released state but there is this demo , and the OST (which is phenomenal) is on Sauceman's bandcamp.
Honestly wouldn't surprise me if Sauceman decided to make a buncha music then decided to put visuals to it.
As for the game , it's a rather weird and trippy thing with a seemingly rather nonsensical dystopian story and a rather 'interesting' take on combat, of which I will not describe here as it's much easier to understand the quirks with your own eyes by watching the video.
