Jesus spoke these words to His troubled disciples: “Let not your heart be troubled… I go to prepare a place for you… and I will come again, and receive you unto myself.” Pastor explains that heaven is not a metaphor or a feeling—it is a real place, personally prepared by the Lord Jesus Christ for His people.

This devotion also takes us to Acts 1:9–11 (KJV), where Jesus ascends into heaven and angels declare that “this same Jesus” will return in the same manner. Christ’s return is not symbolic—it is promised.

But the message is also personal and sobering. Heaven is real—but not everyone is going there. The question becomes: Do I truly belong to Christ? Am I ready to meet Him?
