Dovetail Brewery in Chicago is a brewery focusing on traditional European beer styles. As part of their traditional brewery setup, they use a coolship to cool the hot wort from 100°C to 75°C.
In the video, you can see the wort circulating in the coolship when it was still being pumped over.
