You must fast (no water or food) for at least 8 hours before surgery
You must inform the clinic if you are taking any medication or have any illness
You may leave the clinic once you are fully alert and do not feel dizzy. This usually takes anywhere from 1-3 hours
You must return to the clinic 2-3 times within 1 week for your scheduled checkups
You must ice as much as possible under the doctor’s directions
Everything is on a case by case basis as you are unique
