Lets cut to the chase here, what is James Carter Cathcart doing? It doesn’t sound like an old man, nor does it carry any respect or experience you’d expect the character to have. And, instead of sounding cold and distant, he just comes off as grating and wooden.

Kyle Hebert’s performance isn’t anything remarkable, but he does get across the aged, wise veteran aspect of Pryce well, even if it’s not as interesting as the cold distant manga version. As it stands, Hebert wins out here.
