We begin by discussing the foundation of the city of Middenheim during the Age of Sigmar. We cover how the cult of Ulric got its start and eventually rose to become a powerful force in the newly forged Empire. The episode covers the organization of the Church of Ulric whose followers actually form the core of the templar and state troop armies of Middenland as they seek to maintain their position within the dangerous Drakwald. We specifically look at the most elite warriors that make up the Teutogen Guard, their weapons, armour, tactics, and service history against foes like the Skaven and the Beastmen.
