Grief is banned and Dimir Reanimator is dead... or... wait... it's still winning challenges and trophying leagues? Uhoh.

Psychic Frog was identified as a card that is probably too good for Legacy before the Grief ban. WOTC decided to let it exist for a while without Grief, and to the surprise of nobody, it's crushing. Back from the dead! MTG
