Shopify Setup in SAP Business One Integration Hub Administration Console

Описание: In this demonstration, we are going to show the overview of Shopify Setup in Integration Hub Administration Console.
In the Integration Hub Administration Console dashboard click on Plus icon for a customer, you land up on a page with list of application templates supported by Integration Hub. Click on Shopify template. By default, name of the template is MyShopifyTemplate. By clicking the Edit button, you can edit template name. Choose the Let’s Start button to start configuring the connectivity settings. The Set Connectivity page appears. In the SAP Business One System ID selection box, click on dropdown arrow displays all SAP Business One SLDs available in SLD Category, select the appropriate SLD category to configure system ID. You can edit the SLD details by clicking on edit button. Test the connection by clicking on Test connection button.
For the Shopify ID, click on edit button. Enter System Name, Store URL, API Key and Password for Shopify. Click on Submit button to configure and save the settings. Test the connection by clicking on Test connection button. Click on Next.
In the Scenario Selection step, you can find name of scenario, its data direction and the scenarios field mapping between SAP Business One fields and Shopify fields. You can uncheck any field to be unmapped if required. You can uncheck the data direction checkbox for a scenario if required. Click on Next to proceed to Deployment step with configuration summary which is ready for deployment.
Click on deploy button to start deployment. Once the deployment is successful you will get the deployment results with all the steps marked with green/successful checkboxes. Click on Ok. You will find the Shopify template connected with Integration Hub in Customer Landscape.
Click on Choose a Template to verify whether Shopify template is tagged in green. All the deployed application templated are tagged in green.
To verify the Shopify Feature Activation in SAP Business One, login SAP Business One. You can see the connection confirmation message at the bottom of the screen, wait for the connection to complete. The first time after Shopify deployment when the Add-on starts, we receive a message at the bottom of the screen ‘Shopify Database Script executed successfully’. Click on Yes button to restart SAP Business One.
Re-login SAP Business One. Once the login is successful. We go to the Administration Menu. We select the sub menu item Integration Hub. And we have also got the list of menu items related to Shopify. Click on Feature Activation. We can see an Active checkbox enabled against the application ‘Shopify’.
