Bearded Dragon Shedding Facts & Tips:
🔹 Why They Get Grumpy: Shedding is uncomfortable (like peeling sunburn!), so they may be less active or more irritable.
🔹 Hydration is Key! Soak them in warm water (shallow bath) to help loosen stuck shed.
🔹 Shed should flake off easily. Let it fall naturally to avoid harming their delicate skin. Pulling off shed before it's ready can damage the skin underneath.
🔹 This guy was getting angry about this shed and rubbing all over his enclosure, so we helped out with some annoy pieces after giving him a bath first.
🔹 Stuck Shed? Gently brush with a soft toothbrush during baths especially around toes, eyes, and nostrils.
