We live in a world of darkness. We see the evil around us. We know the evil within. But we don't know how to solve the evil. On our own, we can't find the light.
But the Light has found us! Jesus shines on us in the darkness, covering our darkness with his light, and freeing us from the darkness of sin and death. He shines on us through his gospel promises and will bring us home to heavenly light.
By this Light, we can now see differently. The world looks different. We look different. The Light exposes us and covers us so that we may rest from our groping and grasping in the darkness.
