For LaVonte Dell, it was just a usual Monday afternoon, before he was pulled over by a police officer in Michigan.
Dell wasn’t involved in any criminal activity and he was a decent driver. He always had his lights all working and fixed and never drove recklessly, no matter how empty the road might be. This is why he was confused as to why he would be pulled over on a Monday afternoon!
