Today's Recipe Chicken Kuzhambu
Ingredients :
Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 2 nos or (shallots 15 nos) i used both
Tomatoes 3 nos
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Garlic 6 cloves crushed
Sambar powder(mixed Chilli Powder) - 4tsp (heaped)
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
For tempering
Fennel seeds
Cardamom
Cloves
Bay leaf
Cinnamon
Curry leaves
