Описание: This surau was opened in 1918 during colonial British rule. It was intended to be in walking distance from the old hospital building that was established 1821. At the time, the surau was known as "Surau MacAlister" and served congregations for the five daily prayers in the Outram Park area. It was later relocated, rebuilt into a smaller structure at the current site where it is now.
