Last time my Pullip video got so much nice feedback, so I decided to make another one, because they are a great way to share my art with you. I also wanted to teach something, so I asked on Instagram what YOU would like to learn and know about my doll customizing and lip / nose carving, and made the video based on them. I hope it was helpful! Tools used for carving:
Sharp knife to take off plastic
Diamond-needle file for drilling and softening edges
Small flat screw driver. I didn't film this in action, but I use it to "flatten" the surface
Sandpaper, one fine grit, one ultra fine grit.
Most tools you can find in home renovation stores.

Makeup tools:
Watercolour pencil, soft chalk pastel, paint. Spray varnish and gloss varnish laquer.
You can find the tools in art supply stores.
