Welcome Friends. Looking for a gluten-free, vegan treat? These Blueberry Swim Biscuits are unbelievably delicious and naturally sweet, made with simple ingredients and mixed basically in one bowl! This recipe is a must-try. They “swim” in a creamy vegan butter bath that gives them a golden, soft texture you’ll love. 😍
Preheat oven to 450 Degree F. Ingredients: 2 cups coconut milk, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (mix and set aside). 1/2 cup vegan butter melted in bottom of pan. 2 1/2 cups gluten free flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder, dash of salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 & 1/2 cups fresh blueberry. Mix all together and place in pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Crock Pot Candied Pecans Recipe:
4 cups raw pecan halves, 1 egg white (whipped), 1/2 cup sugar (you can add 1/2 cup brown sugar as well to make it extra sweet), 5 teaspoons cinnamon, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 1/4 cup of water (add water and mix in 30 minutes before pecans are finished). Cook a total of 3 hours on low. Cool on waxed paper.
