Based on a by-pass sensor block in the supply line to the mast in combination with the BMD (Balanced Weight Determination) software in the high-quality indicator TC, this weighing system offers the world's best accuracy for hydraulic weighing systems for industrial trucks. Furthermore, as an automatic scale, this system is legal for trade according to class Y(a) with 1000 parts. This system has no effect on the load capacity of the vehicle, is independent of load centre shifts and can also be used in combination with attachments. The system is installed protected in the vehicle, is insensitive to overloads as well as shock forces and is suitable for rough and intensive applications. The dual tilt compensation ensures a weighing result independent of the tilt of the mast.

Weighing procedure:
The weighing process is activated on the display unit by pressing a key and the load is lifted once (speed is controlled via the sensor block) and moved down again via the operating lever of the lifting function. This double movement eliminates friction differences.
