Ano Mera, a quiet village in the center of Mykonos island.

Описание: Some may consider it the only village on the island, only 8 km away from Mykonos town. You can easily drive there through an asphalted road, or even take the local KTEL bus service from the old port.

It is maybe the only village where you will find three-storey buildings, not necessarily traditionally built. It is generally considered a good place to have lunch or dinner at the central square, and many prefer it as a cheaper but not poorer in-taste town alternative. The largest attraction is the Monastery and Church of Panagia Tourliani.
