*ASMR* Yoga Nidra Relaxation Meditation | Playing w/Water To Open Your Heart+Hydrate Your Potential

This Guided Yoga Nidra Sleep + Relaxation Meditation uses sound therapy to calm and balance the body and to keep you grounded in the present moment. It also uses breath as a true anchor to the here and now. This process of mindful breathing will ease the body and the mind and help you to relax and transition fully into the parasympathetic state of deep relaxation.

Today's session will remind us to stay hydrated and will invite us to connect deeply with water so that we can nourish and maintain the body inside and out.

We will also call on the power of a beautiful raw rose quartz crystal and an equally beautiful jade gemstone to help us balance and open our heart chakras so that unconditional love can flow from the heart and hydrate us on a spiritual and emotional level as well.

You can practice this meditation at the start of your day to inspire positivity and productivity or you can use this meditation to restart your day if you become overwhelmed with fatigue, stress or negativity and need to recharge sometime in the afternoon. This yoga nidra meditation can also be used at the end of your day to fully decompress and restore balance to your mind and body and maybe even to help you fall asleep if you need to.

Listening with headphones helps insulate the brain and for some, helps them tap into the ASMR sound experience more fully.
