Offset Films - Video for Public Sector

Описание: Public Sector Organisations gain massive benefits from using Video.

These organisations often deal will hundreds of thousands of people on a yearly basis. Part of their job is sharing information ad explaining processes – this is something that takes a massive amount of staff time.

Video offers the opportunity to save massive amounts of time- giving staff the tools to help people faster and more consistently.

Creating a video once that shows the process, brings in specialist staff and provides an in depth breakdown of what to expect will reduce public anxiety and reduce the pressure the public puts on staff and organisations, allowing the organisation to focus on delivering their support.

Videos can then be used in a pro-active manner. They can be built into processes and information packs, they can be shared directly with people in need, they can be played in waiting rooms and across digital platforms. They can meet people where they are, and be a valuable resource they can lean on and re-watch if they want if they need to.
It can also be a valuable resource to share with friends and family – to help them understand and provide early intervention to stop incidents of crisis.

This is what we heard first hand when working with the NHS nurses at Ipswich hospital. A video walk-through of the ward and medication, explaining expectation and processes saves their staff hours of time every single day, allowing the nurses to focus on the patients directly.
Video is amazing because you can tell the story once, bringing in all the required people and then effectively all those people are able to share their key messages with new members of the public at the click of a button – rather than having to get key personnel to share their messages again.

Messages shared via video are 95% more memorable than in other media formats, which means that the messages you are sharing are also more likely to be understood and remembered.
