Описание: The Jurala Project in Telangana is witnessing a continuous rise in flood inflows due to heavy water flow from upstream regions.

The reservoir is receiving around 94,000 cusecs of inflow, with water storage reaching 7.66 TMC against its full capacity of 9.65 TMC. Officials initially lifted 10 gates by one metre and later raised two more gates to release excess water downstream.

Water is also being released for hydropower generation, Nettempadu, Bhima, Koilsagar lift irrigation schemes, and canal systems. Around 85,421 cusecs of floodwater is flowing towards the Srisailam reservoir.

With additional releases from upstream projects like Almatti and Narayanapur, officials are closely monitoring the flood situation.
